I am a Medical
Research Council PhD candidate based in the Institute of Psychiatry,
Psychology & Neuroscience at King's College London. My research interests
are in measurement, mental health, and the credibility of research.
My PhD project is on the neural and momentary symptom associations of
trauma memory recall in people with PTSD-psychosis. I use functional
magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and ecological momentary assessment
(EMA) data, which I helped to collect in a randomised controlled trial of
trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy for psychosis.
I also work on metaresearch, methods, and open research projects. I am
very interested in research dissemination practices and whether we're
measuring what we think we're measuring.
Previously, I received a BSc (Honours) in Psychology from the University
of Bath and a Research MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from Leiden
University. After working as a research assistant at University College
London, I was awarded an MRes in Biomedical and Translational Science
from King's College London as part of my PhD.
